Since 1987 Attorney Wesla A. Sullivan, of Sullivan Law in Mendenhall, Mississippi, has been helping people like you and your family members with legal issues.

Bankruptcy

The primary consideration in a child custody case in Mississippi is the best interest of the child. Typically, 12 factors are used to determine the child’s best interest. Called the “Albright Factors”, these include considerations such as the child’s age; adult parenting skills; employment and financial stability; mental health and age of parents, moral fitness; and the preference of children over the age of 12. Other relevant factors may also be considered. We will review your situation and work to gain a satisfactory custody arrangement.
